I have been having therapy with Jo for 6 month now. Jo provides me with a safe space to be able to work through my struggles and issues. Her support and advice has helped me to manage my emotions, life and well being in a more manageable and positive way. Her compassion, empathy and professionalism make her the best therapist I have worked with! I can’t recommend her enough!

I have gained so much from our sessions, and feel so much more at peace with myself. The way you have opened me up to explore my child/teen years has been so helpful to my general well-being and helping to understand myself. It has also helped me to revaluate my relationships with my family (the root cause to my issues-as we have discovered). My relationship with my Dad and has improved so much, and I am so much more aware of how to deal with myself and also them!

I met Jo at a time in my recovery where I really needed the opportunity to see someone 1-1 to work through some issues that I discovered I had boxed up and avoided addressing, some for many years. Jo was amazing in facilitating me in addressing ostensibly my addiction issues and, through our work to begin to deal with associated matters including relationship difficulties over a long period of time, depression and anxiety and also a core matter of untreated bereavement lasting over 20 years. I unreservedly recommend this service.
